Sweet Summer | SKYE ON THE TOWN

Pulling out my best pieces as we say our farewells to Summer in the next few weeks!

This stunning maxi is from Skye On The Town, a unique boutique located in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  I scored a great deal on this piece last summer and I've been yearning to go back!  They have styles that vary from casual everyday wear to pristine formal gowns. The employees are friendly and helpful and the dressing rooms (OMG, the dressing rooms!) were incredibly spacious! Local boutiques are my favorite places to shop because every store carries different things and you're more than likely going to find something that no one else has! I definitely prefer shopping at boutiques rather than the mall, and there are plenty of local boutiques in Northwest Arkansas!

I love how colorful this dress is. It's a statement in itself, so you don't have to worry about wearing jewelry; however, if you wanted to add a little something special, a long pendant necklace and long gold earrings would add the perfect touch.  Maxi dresses tend to be a little long for my short stature, so I gathered the fabric at the bottom and made a stylish knot.
